Clearing and grubbing to road grading, Vpa has the experience and knowledge to handle any task.
Our team has the educational back round and ability to lay out proposed roads, mark proposed elevations and manage the project from beginning to end.
We understand that the owner/builder has plenty of tasks to manage on their end, so Vpa takes the management and responsibility to execute our own tasks with no need for additional supervision.
Site Services
All storm, sanitary, water mains fall under our company’s field of experience. Installation of the mainlines, watermain, manholes, water meter chambers, and on-site lawn drains are part of our scope of work.
Tilt up warehouse and townhouse site servicing are our specialty.
We also offer all excavation services, drain tile, and rainwater leader installation for building footings, and townhouse clusters.
Civil Construction
From light to heavy civil, on or off site, we have the experience and expertise to coordinate and execute all civil works. All sewer mains, storms mains, and water mains are all part of our scope of works including video and pressure testing to meet municipal standards. Connections from mainline to property line done right and safe with qualified traffic control. We test all gravel, asphalt and concrete works to comply with municipal standards.
Full service for sub-divisions are our specialty for off-site works.
Utilities
On and off-site Hydro/Tel/Shaw works including all conduit installation, service boxes, pull boxes and pilaster installation to the pole are all part of our scope of work.
